Bakery Specialist

At AMAZING BAKERY, we are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods, including bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for a range of baked goods, including bread, rolls, muffins, and cakes.
- Bake and decorate cakes and pastries to meet customer orders and specifications.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and proofers.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- College diploma or equivalent in baking and pastry arts.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
