As a Manager in the Privately Held Business Group, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- Driving new business initiatives by leveraging your understanding of all Grant Thornton services and your established credibility.
- Taking a leadership role within the business unit and the firm by actively participating in the development and implementation of the office business strategy.
- Conducting analysis and reviews of corporate and personal income tax returns, non-taxable returns, and compilations.
- Planning and leading teams to surpass client expectations.
- Guiding the coaching and performance management processes by providing continuous feedback, conducting timely evaluations, and delivering training to enhance team capabilities.
To excel as a Manager in the Privately Held Business Group, the following qualifications are preferred:
- CPA designation is highly regarded.
- Approximately 5+ years of experience in public accounting or a related field, with a strong emphasis on taxation and accounting.
- A commitment to quality, excellence, and ongoing professional development for yourself and your team.
- Strong management abilities, particularly in scheduling, organizing, supervising, and managing multiple teams.
