Key Responsibilities- Health Needs Assessment: Utilize data collection and analysis techniques to identify community health needs and develop targeted interventions.
- Program Development: Create and implement health promotion programs tailored to specific populations, focusing on disease prevention and health education.
- Community Engagement: Educate individuals and communities about healthy practices and disease prevention strategies, fostering a culture of wellness and self-care.
- Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to enhance health services and support community development initiatives.
- Evaluation and Monitoring: Regularly assess program effectiveness and patient outcomes, making data-driven decisions to optimize health interventions.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; Master's in Public Health preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in community health or public health settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
