Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling the activities of our workforce, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective scheduling plans to prioritize tasks and optimize resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with team members and departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on scheduling and productivity metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of scheduling and personnel data.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop staff, and provide guidance on work procedures and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • Minimum 7 months of experience in a scheduling or operations role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language required.
