About the Job

Skyworks is a leading innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors, powering the wireless networking revolution. We are seeking a Product Engineering Co-Op to join our team in Ottawa, Ontario, for a 12-month period starting in January 2025.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop test solutions and sampling products during the development phase
  • Transition products from development to high-volume mass production
  • Work closely with team members and engineers across multiple functional teams
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS), Computer Science (BS), or related degree
  • Enrolled in a college-level Electrical, Electronics, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician program or relevant program
  • Fundamental understanding of programming in Visual Basic, Python, Java, and Labview
Preferred Skills
  • Hands-on experience testing products in a lab environment
  • Higher-level computer programming skills such as C/C++, Object-Oriented Programming, and understanding of Software Architecture
  • Experience in data analysis of large data sets
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth product specifications
