**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in managing the maintenance planning for road infrastructure assets.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage daily operation and maintenance of road infrastructure assets
• Coordinate with internal and external parties on all works affecting road infrastructure assets
• Prepare tender specifications and tender calling/evaluation
• Formulate and review workflows, guidelines, and practices on bridge-related maintenance matters
• Handle public feedback
• Manage work progress and cash flow

**Requirements:**
• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Relevant experience in bridge design, construction, inspection, upgrading, rehabilitation, and maintenance
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Good writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills
