Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Dairy Queen Woodbridge. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Work Environment: This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail is essential in this role.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work and the advertised start date.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.
