The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Financial and Credit Professional to join our dynamic team at CWB Financial Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, managing risk, and making informed credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and credit adjudication to ensure risk appetite is within acceptable parameters.
  • Build strong relationships with sales, operations, and risk management teams to analyze and process credit applications.
  • Prepare recommendations for approval, restructuring, or deferral of credit applications.
  • Ensure adherence to CWB Maxium's credit administration and security policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services, risk management, or business lending.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
