Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Join our team at Venterra Realty, a well-capitalized, privately held investment and technology company with a strong presence in the US market. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to partner with our Property Finance team in driving value across the organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for underwriting new revenue-generating initiatives, building robust financial models, and analyzing financial data to deliver actionable insights. You will work closely with multiple functions to iterate on ambiguous requirements and improve Venterra's competitive positioning in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Partner with the business to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities
  • Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize business performance
  • Review quarterly property cash flow and working capital to recommend investor dividend payouts
Requirements
  • CPA or CFA designation required
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in financial modelling and analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
  • Experience in SQL considered a strong asset
  • Team first mentality with high sense of accountability and ownership over work
