About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team at The Ladders. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients, including scheduling inspections, maintenance calls, and other services.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles and practices, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
