Service Adviser Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Service Adviser to join our team at Fraserway RV LP. As a Service Adviser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Assess and diagnose vehicle issues, recommending necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, explaining complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our service team to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide the highest level of service.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
