Job Title: Automotive Service Technician

Whitehorse Motors Ltd is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring that our vehicles are safe and reliable for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, and engine components
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications
  • Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
