We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Chuck Burger. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package take-out food to meet customer expectations
    • Portion and wrap foods to ensure quality and presentation
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands
  • Customer Service
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
    • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently
    • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs to meet customer needs
  • Store Maintenance
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure freshness and quality
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment
    • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to meet health and safety standards
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Hold a valid Safe Food Handling certificate
    • Be certified in Smart Serve
