About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Camino Taco. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and portion food items according to menu specifications
    • Package take-out food and ensure accurate orders are fulfilled
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
  • Inventory Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
    • Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
    • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
    • Will train on the job
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
    • Physically demanding with standing for extended periods
