Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including supervising staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
