Project Manager - Capital Engineering/Facilities

Join Sotera Health as a Project Manager - Capital Engineering/Facilities and be responsible for leading complex capital engineering and facilities projects. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including commercial, technical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and budget using defined change management processes.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary engineering or other technical degree.
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience managing and/or leading one or more complex technical projects, ideally with some experience in the nuclear sector.
  • Project Management Certification, such as PMP, CSM (Agile), would be an asset.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead/manage complex capital engineering/facilities projects with wide breadth of cross-stakeholder impacts.
  • Experience working and applying project management methodologies - traditional/waterfall, Agile, and visual management.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Recent and relevant working experience with management systems.
