Job Title: Staging Specialist/Event Warehouse Labourer

Scene Ideas Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Staging Specialist/Event Warehouse Labourer. This role will involve working in a fast-paced live events environment, assisting with various tasks and responsibilities to ensure the smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with general duties in the shop and warehouse, including loading and unloading trucks with supplies and equipment.
  • Support event crews as needed, ensuring timely and efficient setup and teardown of events.
  • Safely secure loads and protect fragile items for shipping.
  • Complete accurate documentation of all work performed.
  • Follow and maintain safety standards and procedural guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Certification to drive a forklift.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $20.00 to $25.00, dependent on experience.
  • Minimum 4-hour calls.
