Job Title: Liquor Store Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Liquor Store Sales Clerk to join our team at 2A Liquor Mart Ltd. As a Liquor Store Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring accurate sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations on products.
  • Operate a cash register, process sales transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and disposing of trash.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and display of products.
  • Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control and provide reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
