Job Title: Liquor Store Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Liquor Store Sales Associate to join our team at 2A Liquor Mart Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to advise customers on the selection of products.
  • Operate cash register and process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in the display and merchandising of products.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment: Our store is a liquor and wine store located in a busy retail area. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
