The Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading and managing searches at all levels to bring in the best talent for our growth. Your primary objective will be to drive the team to constantly exceed expectations at all levels of recruitment: Candidate Research & Analysis, Process Management, Offers, etc.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Finding good candidates creatively by maximizing online resources, direct calls, employee referrals, and other research tools.
  • Influencing recruitment decisions by assessing talent through behavioral-based interviews to facilitate selection and hiring decisions.
  • Tracking statistical data concerning all stages of the recruitment process to evaluate the effectiveness of candidate searches, number of hires, and any other necessary information.
  • Establishing a good partnership with client groups and HR generalists to actively manage staffing needs.
  • Identifying talent gaps and proposing solutions.
  • Effectively promoting career opportunities by demonstrating passion for Labatt Breweries Canada, its culture, and community.
  • Ensuring the full recruitment cycle.
  • Other related tasks.

What You Need to Succeed

  • University degree.
  • Experience in recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish interpersonal relationships.
  • Motivated and energetic, with initiative and flexibility.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative in developing company knowledge, networks, and recruitment techniques.
  • Bilingual (essential).
  • Knowledge of WorkDay or other ATS is an asset.

Compensation Package

Our estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement savings plan.
