As a Wholesale Establishment Manager at Seafresh Products Distributors Inc., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wholesale business. This includes directing and controlling daily activities, evaluating performance, and planning and organizing daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and Control Daily Operations: Ensure that all daily activities are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly assess the performance of our wholesale business and identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage Staff and Assign Duties: Supervise and manage a team of staff, assigning tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  • Study Market Research and Trends: Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
  • Determine Merchandise and Services: Decide on the types of merchandise and services to be sold.
  • Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and implement pricing and credits policies.
  • Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise for resale.
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to promote our products.
  • Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability.
  • Determine Staffing Requirements: Assess staffing needs and make recommendations for hiring or training.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, including conducting performance reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
