Job Title: Shift Manager

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.

  1. Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  3. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  4. Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in the restaurant.
  5. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
  6. Prepare and submit reports to management on sales, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Must have 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.

Work Environment: Fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and team performance.
