Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operations: Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, manage inventory and supplies, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of 5-10 employees, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance and achieve goals.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office and point of sale systems.
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
