Job Summary

As an In Vivo Research Technician at Charles River Laboratories, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of laboratory animals. Your primary responsibilities will include collecting biological samples, collecting data, administering injections, and maintaining animal care and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process biological samples (blood, urine, etc.)
  • Collect and record data on animal health and behavior
  • Administer injections and medications as needed
  • Maintain a clean and safe animal environment
Requirements
  • College diploma in Animal Health, Bioecology, or a related field
  • Good observation and communication skills
  • Able to work physically and lift up to 20 kg
  • Understanding of written English is mandatory; bilingualism in French and English is preferred
