  • The ideal candidate will have experience as a Project Supervisor or Manager, overseeing manual welding lines.

**Job Description**

This is an exciting opportunity to offer technical leadership to guide cross-functional engineering teams in developing and releasing all necessary engineering deliverables, ensuring compliance with the product development process and/or customer expectations.

  • Lead a team tasked with designing and implementing manufacturing processes, equipment, or facilities.
  • Ensure operational excellence through efficient plant design.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, cost efficiency, quality, and production.
  • Oversee all engineering projects and address engineering challenges.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of various concepts, practices, and procedures in the fabrication field.

**Requirements**

The successful candidate must have:

  • A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of process improvement tools, product design techniques, mechanical drawing standards, and GD&T.
  • Prior experience as a Project Supervisor or Manager where they oversaw manual welding lines.
  • Knowledge of Lean techniques.
  • Ability to travel if required.
