Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Canadian Tax & Financial Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and organize daily office operations, including managing schedules and itineraries
  • Supervise and support other administrative staff members
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Establish and maintain office procedures and routines
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to employee inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with management, union officials, and HR consultants to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes
Requirements
  • College or CEGEP diploma
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
