We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ROCKWOOL Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the maintenance and repair of our industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all electrical equipment operates within design and plant standards.
- Identify and communicate electrical maintenance and machine reliability issues.
- Conduct and document repair and preventative/predictive maintenance tasks.
- Adjust work plans to accommodate changes in production needs.
- Work shift schedules as required; adapt break times to meet job and production requirements.
- Ensure all work performed is conducted within regional and company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Red Seal Electrician certification.
- High School Graduate with 8 years Industrial Maintenance Electrician experience.
- Understanding and applying Safe work procedures and apply safety control measures.
- Practical experience in industrial manufacturing and instrumentation, measurement, automation, and control; PLC, HMI, Networking.
- The ability to effectively organize work in a production scheduled environment in cooperation with other departments and personnel; lead or follow as requested by departmental or factory leadership.
- Advanced Trouble Shooting skills focused on analytical root cause analysis and machine problem resolution.
