Maintenance Electrician Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at ROCKWOOL Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all electrical equipment is operating within design and/or plant standards.
  • Identify and communicate electrical maintenance and machine reliability issues.
  • Conduct and document repair and preventative/predictive maintenance tasks.
  • Adjust work plans to accommodate changes in production needs.
  • Work shift schedules as required; adapt break times to meet job and production requirements.
  • Ensure all work performed is conducted within regional and company safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Red Seal Electrician certification.
  • High School Graduate with 8 years Industrial Maintenance Electrician experience.
  • Understanding and applying Safe work procedures and apply safety control measures.
  • Practical experience in industrial manufacturing and instrumentation, measurement, automation, and control; PLC, HMI, Networking.
  • The ability to effectively organize work in a production scheduled environment in cooperation with other departments and personnel; lead or follow as requested by departmental or factory leadership.
  • Advanced Trouble Shooting skills focused on analytical root cause analysis and machine problem resolution.
