We are currently looking for a skilled Physiotherapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the role of Physiotherapist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and communities.

**Job Description**

As a Physiotherapist with CarePartners, you will:

  • Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in their homes and communities.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Promote independence and mobility among patients, enabling them to live safely and independently at home.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized university.
  • Proven computer skills, including email and word processing software.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • French language skills are an asset.
