Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 9393-2606 Québec Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining services.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Calculate costs associated with products and services.
  • Ensure compliance with local liquor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee and manage inventory effectively.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Engage in negotiations with suppliers for food and other necessary provisions.
  • Facilitate negotiations with clients regarding catering services or facility usage.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate and manage events efficiently.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of approximately 5-10 staff members.

Technical Skills

Proficient in using MS Office applications.
