About the Role

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a skilled Systems Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and support of various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, document, and maintain applications to meet business requirements.
  • Participate in Agile delivery by contributing to sprint planning meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with project architects to make informed technical decisions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • 4-year Computer Science or Engineering degree, or a 2-year Computer Engineering/System Technology diploma.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development.
  • Demonstrated experience with modern web technologies, including.NET, Angular, and MS SQL DB.
  • Broad IT experience and general web UI best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new applications quickly.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Azure cloud platform/services, Azure Data Factory, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, and Azure Databricks.
  • Experience with M365 SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI.
Work Environment

12 months with possibility of extension, with a negotiable hourly rate.
