About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Zone Placements. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements and providing expert advice to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and provide recommendations to our clients.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Develop and implement effective strategies to source top talent, including recruitment advertising and social media outreach.
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Job Offer Preparation: Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates.
  • Staffing Policies: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
