About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our interdisciplinary mental health team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including Canadian Veterans and employees in organizations focused on workplace health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based mental health programs for various client groups
  • Conduct psychological assessments and provide individual and group treatment for conditions such as anxiety, trauma, depression, and substance misuse
  • Consult with other mental health service team members and clinical interdisciplinary teams
  • Contribute to in-house training sessions and interdisciplinary case discussions
  • Participate in program outcome evaluations at the provincial and national level
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the provincial College/Board of Psychologists
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments with adults for various goals, including treatment planning
  • Provision of evidence-based treatments grounded in cognitive-behavioral approaches
  • Development and evaluation of mental health programs
  • Working in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
  • Utilization of telehealth/virtual care methods
