About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychologist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality mental health services to diverse populations. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop new mental health program content, leverage novel approaches to service delivery, and bring your expertise to a range of applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement mental health programs for various client groups
  • Leverage digital therapeutics and other innovative approaches to service delivery
  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group treatment for a range of mental health conditions
  • Consult with interdisciplinary teams and contribute to in-house training sessions
  • Participate in program outcome evaluations and contribute to the development of new initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Psychology from an accredited university
  • Current registration in good standing with the provincial College/Board of Psychologists
  • Individual professional liability insurance required at time of employment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and providing evidence-based treatments
  • Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and with third-party payers
  • Experience with telehealth/virtual care methods
