About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Help is Here Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our cleaning standards are met and that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that our operations are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and clients.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our cleaning operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
