Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll be responsible for the general administration of Salesforce CRM/CPQ and related applications. You'll work closely with functional leaders and Achievers' teams to ensure the design and implementation of solutions leverage Salesforce best practices and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements
  • Administer and customize DocuSign CLM
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership to other CRM team members
  • Own complex projects and perform detailed analysis of business requirements
  • Develop and maintain standardized documentation
  • Identify production risks and areas for improvement
  • Prioritize and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive accountability and standardization for Lead-to-Contract initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and development
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and related functionality
  • Experience integrating with DocuSign CLM and other enterprise applications
  • Proven creativity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling
  • Ability to develop effective relationships with business users and technical staff
