About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our Integrated Marketing Planning team, where you will support the delivery, execution, and evaluation of key acquisition, account management, and loyalty programs across our credit cards portfolio.

You will work closely with our business units, channels, and marketing specialists to design world-class marketing strategies and campaigns that drive shareholder value and customer loyalty. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the TD brand is protected and delivered in the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives, plans, and campaigns aligned with our overall business and marketing strategy.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, and escalate non-standard high-risk transactions or activities.
  • Results Delivery: Monitor trends, identify issues, and opportunities, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Consumer Insights: Gather and integrate information to support insights, strategies, and marketing solutions.
  • Brand Protection: Ensure campaigns align with our brand values and promote a positive customer experience.
  • Analysis and Problem Solving: Solve moderately complex problems by applying innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant professional certifications/designations required.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Solid knowledge of multiple marketing principles, disciplines, lines of business supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to build relationships.
  • Proficiency in analytical software tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
  • Competency in using computer applications, including MS Office.
