Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to join our team at Ultramar. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
- Authorize payments and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing store displays and exhibits.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
