Duties and Responsibilities

As a Centralized Call Centre Representative, your primary focus will be on:

  • Maintaining accurate records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)">
  • Generating work orders, monitoring, and tracking unscheduled or open work orders">
  • Fulfilling requests by clarifying desired information and completing transactions as needed">

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related call centre, customer service, or dispatching experience">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint">
  • Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 50 WPM">
  • Bilingualism in English and French">
