At Reliance Home Comfort, we're looking for a skilled Electrician to join our team. As an Electrician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our customers' homes.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair electrical problems in domestic electrical systems, including fault-finding, panel changes, generator installation, and more.
- Accurately estimate repair costs and provide value-added communication with customers.
- Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines.
- Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Educate customers on electrical work in homes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all modern equipment and regulations.
- Explain the value of Reliance products, services, and programs on every call.

What You Bring:
- A growth mindset, with a focus on dependability, ambition, and a desire to grow with Reliance.
- A Red Seal Electrician License.
- A driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Physical capability to perform all work required of this position.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Experience in Refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, and Mechanics an asset.
