Strategic Branch Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our growth initiatives in Calgary, AB. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business development, fostering relationships, and cultivating a winning culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of Warehouse, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales professionals, collaborating closely with our President.
  • Financial Acumen: Manage P&L, Forecasting, Budgeting, and Safety programs to ensure operational excellence.
  • Strategic Business Development: Drive growth through customer experience, team empowerment, and goal-oriented initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with key customers and stakeholders in the construction industry to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, strategize, and implement innovative solutions for sustainable growth.
Requirements:
  • Operational Experience: Blend of operational, customer service, and sales experience, with a strong emphasis on sales proficiency.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing and empowering teams.
  • Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the building and construction industry is preferred.
  • Analytical Thinking: Experience in analytical thinking and strategy development is advantageous.
