Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to understand their complex financial needs.
  • Develop and implement customized investment plans and wealth management strategies to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Collaborate with RBC's extensive network of financial experts to provide comprehensive financial solutions and advice.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service, personalized advice, and ongoing communication.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales or a related field, with a proven track record of success in high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong passion for financial planning and portfolio management, with a keen interest in staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals and build trust.
