As a Financial Advisor at Royal Bank of Canada, you can help your clients achieve their financial goals while building a successful career. With our comprehensive training and support, you'll have the tools to succeed in the ever-changing financial landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to understand their financial needs and provide tailored investment advice.
  • You will leverage RBC's extensive resources and expertise to create customized wealth plans and investment portfolios.
  • You will foster long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and advice.
  • You will collaborate with RBC partners to ensure clients receive comprehensive financial solutions.

Requirements:

  • You have 4-6 years of experience in outbound sales and are comfortable with a 100% commission-based structure.
  • You have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or will prior to your start date.
  • You have a passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills and an ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in direct marketing, financial services, and high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
