Job Title: Butcher

We are seeking a skilled Butcher to join our team at Delight Indian Bistro Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting and preparing meat for sale, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and trim meat to customer specifications
  • Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
  • Wrap and package prepared meats
  • Remove bones from meat
  • Weigh meats for sale
  • Cut poultry into parts
  • Clean and prepare fish and shellfish
  • Slice cooked meats
  • Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
