Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in conducting psychological assessments for candidate selection.



Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for interviewing candidates who have completed written personality assessments and reviewing the results of formal testing using MMPI-3 and 16PF.
  • A structured clinical interview will be conducted to determine whether the candidate meets or does not meet the requirements of CSC or CBSA.
  • You may also be required to provide feedback on individual assessment results and defend psychological evaluations when necessary.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience providing assessments for public entities within the last 10 years.
  • A minimum of 50 assessments for psychological readiness of candidates within the last 10 years.
  • A Ph.D. or Psy.D in Psychology is preferred; a Master's with relevant background is also acceptable.
  • Fully licensed for autonomous practice as a Psychologist in Ontario.
  • Fully fluent in English.
  • Able to conduct interviews with candidates in-person in a private office.

Additional Requirements
  • Casual contract – flexible schedule based on client needs and psychologist availability.
  • Work can be done on weekdays, evenings, and/or weekends.

Estimated Salary Range

$70,000 - $100,000 per year
