About the Job

The Truck Fleet Supervisor - Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, preparing production reports, and coordinating activities.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Workers and Projects: Directly supervise 5-10 personnel and oversee the completion of various projects.
  • Prepare Production Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on production progress, including metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Coordinate Activities: Schedule tasks, assign workloads, and ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations are Followed: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company policies and protocols.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions: Make informed recommendations regarding employee promotions, transfers, or terminations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
