Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Radha Business Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food preparation procedures.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with chefs, kitchen staff, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
