Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen resumes and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
  • Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
  • Send reporting to clients/management to understand recruiting trends and performance
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Serve as a contact person for questions from candidates and stakeholders
  • Meet weekly strategy targets for assigned clients
Requirements:
