Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Lead to join our Enterprise Release Management team at TD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and managing end-to-end release plans, partnering with technology and business teams to ensure efficient and reliable deployment of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Release Planning: Develop and manage release plans, schedules, and deployment processes to ensure timely and successful delivery of our services.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technology and business teams to identify and mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Release Management: Define and implement best practices for release management, including cross-team alignment, collision avoidance, and risk mitigation.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders, including senior leadership, on release plans, progress, and outcomes.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in release management, IT project management, or related field.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycles, service management, and IT workflow tools.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership and analytical skills, with ability to drive consensus and decisions among stakeholders.
