Opportunity for a Mid-Level Tax Associate

We are seeking a Mid-Level Associate with an interest and experience in a transactional tax practice. The ideal candidate will possess a law degree, private practice or in-house experience, strong academic standings, exceptional client service skills, and a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist on transactional matters, corporate tax planning, reorganizations, and financings
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our tax practice
